Ballantine, Inc. is growing hand-in-hand with the underground construction industry. Our growth has now lead us into the design and manufacturing of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) bits. We offer many different styles and sizes of HDD pilot bits for the Vermeer® Navigator™, and Ditch Witch® Jet-Trac™ machines.

Other HDD products that Ballantine supplies to the directional drilling industry are various styles of backreamer teeth for specific applications, as well as drive chain for the machine’s carriage. Roller, leaf and other styles of drive chain are available.

Vibratory and static plow and pull blades for direct burial machines are produced from only the finest abrasion-resistant materials. We also have vast experience in this underground application and can easily match the most productive blade for your specific application.

Whether you are burying powerline, gas pipe or irrigation pipe, Ballantine blades will make your job easier and add to your bottom line. Blades are available for all major vibratory plows.

Ballantine also offers augers and auger accessories for vertical digging applications. Augers, teeth, pilot bits, flighting, and other complimentary wear parts are available for all machinery designed to handle these types of attachments. This includes one- or two-man hand-held augers all the way up to derrick diggers, pressure diggers and the largest boom suspended machines.

Backhoe buckets and teeth were a natural addition to the Ballantine ground-engaging wear parts product lines. We offer standard flat-bottom, high-capacity round-bottom, and V-Bottom, rock and frost buckets which are designed for severe digging conditions.

Along with buckets, we have a wide selection of backhoe teeth, as well as attaching pins and bushings. Our backhoe buckets are another prime example of Ballantine’s ability to take a traditional product, improve upon the quality and still be able to offer it at a very affordable price.
